ClubZap Limited is a company or what some people call a business. In this document, ClubZap (“we”, “our”, “us” or “ClubZap”) who are based in Cloughoolia, Sixmilebridge, Clare, may use personal data (“Personal Data”) belonging to you as shown below.
We may collect Personal Data from you or which you provide to us. The Personal Data that you give us will be held by us as a data controller which means that we will be responsible for what happens to it. We take this role very seriously.
This Privacy Statement (“Statement”) sets out our responsibilities and your rights as well as what we will do with your Personal Data.
This Statement applies to your use of our application, which we call the Platform (“Platform”) in this document.

Your Personal Data will not be stored or sent outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) which is a block of countries which closely resembles the EU states.

Unfortunately, sending information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data where it is sent to or from the Platform; any transmission is at your own risk.
Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access as much as we can.
In general, we expect to keep your Personal Data for as long as is needed for the purposes for which we collected it from you. However, please note that in certain circumstances we may hold certain of your Personal Data for a longer period, for example, if we are processing an ongoing claim or believe in good faith that the law or a relevant regulator may reasonably in our view expect or require us to preserve your Personal Data.

Our lead regulatory authority is the Irish Data Protection Commission which is a regulator which is based in Ireland.
